Anna Sones was born and raised in New Mexico, USA. She graduated with a B.A. in Written Arts from Bard College in 2018 after completing a Senior Project in historical fiction titled A Mere Heart of Stone: The Antibiography of Charles Darwin. Her writing is featured in the Bookends Review, the Other Stories podcast, and La Voz Magazine. Her fiction, often research-based, explores how humans conceptualize nature, and how those concepts influence our relationships to our environment and one another.
